I loved playing netball through primary and secondary school though I chose to progress in athletics and long distance running until returning during maternity nine years ago and now I can’t stop playing again. My love for netball has grown and you’ll never see me pass up an opportunity to be on a netball court in some capacity. I am Vice Chair for Herefordshire’s women’s league, I really enjoy changing and shaping how this looks for our adult players locally. I umpire in our leagues and I have this year progressed with my L2 Coaching which has been hugely rewarding, sparking a passion in junior netball and opportunities for our progressing younger players. Seeing Herefordshire’s opportunity for growth in netball is exciting and I’m very pleased to be a part of making our county offer the very best it can be and netball accessible for all ages. My mind is always running with a hundred ideas to encourage more players and opportunities!
