Dear All
Further to the
recent league meeting the committee has had a meeting to discuss feedback from
teams regarding the league structure and the fixtures.

After consideration it has been decided that there is to be a play off in the form of
a tournament for the following teams to decide whether they will be placed in
division 2 or 3  for the 2013 - 2014 season.

Teams in the play off's
(This structure was decided by team names being drawn out of a
hat).

Group A:  Vixens, Eagles, Tornadoes, Lionesses.

Group B:  Knights, Jailbirds, Westside, Dragons.

The play off tournament will take
place on Tuesday 24th September 2013.  7pm PROMPT start. At The Point 4,
Hereford. 
Please arrive at 6.45pm to register and collect your fixtures for the evening. 
Umpires will be provided.

The evening is proposed to finish at 9.30pm. 
For this to happen it is imperative that we start matches at 7pm. The results
from the tournament and the decision on team places will be made on that
evening.  The decision of the committee will be final.  However please be
assured that careful consideration will be taken when making the final
decision. 

The season will commence on Tuesday 1st October 2013. 
Fixtures have now been drafted.  However they will not be available to teams in
Divisions two & three until after the tournament.  Please be prepared to
play on 1st October as no further alterations to the fixtures will be
possible.
